Consideredaccident Floor Coating wants to treat every homeowner fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start with the provider. Put your concern in writing and keep copies of what you send.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Consideredaccident Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
